We are the company with the largest valuation unit in Northern Europe, which gives us access to more information than any other player on the market. We have more than 70 professionals including  we have specialists in IFRS.

We offer valuation for purposes of acquisition, annual accounting and loan financing. Our valuers have long experience and broad and deep knowledge of commercial properties, rented apartment blocks, shopping centres, industrial buildings and special properties.

During the last 12 months we have valuated properties exceeding 70 million euro. Each year we invest 1 million euro ourselves in producing – together with the best macroeconomists and specialists among our own 550 employees – by far the most authoritative forecasts about the future; the Newsec Property Outlook. The report covers the  property market of the whole Nordic and Baltic region and is issued to over 4,000 international subscribers.
