About Newsec Asset Management

Newsec Asset Management offers expert property management to institutions, property funds, investment bankers, property companies and individual property owners.

We manage commercial and residential properties covering a total area of about 7 million m2 with a total value of 10 billion euro. In Stockholm one out of ten properties is managed by us. Our head office is in Gothenburg and we manage properties in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Uppsala, Mälardalen, Malmö, Karlstad, Borås, Jönköping, Landskrona and Markaryd. Most of the properties are offices, retail stores, apartment blocks, light industry and business centres.

Our major clients include companies such as Alecta Pensionsförsäkring, Folksam Ömsesidig Sakförsäkring, Acta Kapitalförvaltning, Niam and ING Real Estate Nordic Property Fund. We also have a number of smaller clients, some Swedish and others from abroad.

Newsec Asset Management has ISO 9001 certification. Our brief includes taking total responsibility for net operating income and development of value.  In our purchasing we ensure that all procurement is conducted in the way that will be most beneficial for our clients.
