Newsec Corporate Finance is a financial services company focusing on real estate, infrastructure and energy markets in the Nordic region.

Established in September 2007 as a subsidiary to the Stronghold Group, Newsec Corporate Finance delivers advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and structured finance. Since establishment, we have advised on transactions with a combined volume in excess of SEK 30 billion.
