About the case

The mission was to package and marketing the "a club deal offer" for potential investors which Newsec handled from start to completion. The new founded company acquired 148 properties through nine different companies. Financing was made through both first mortgages loans from five different banks as well as shareholder loans. Heimstaden remains as asset manager and manager for the 4 500 apartments acquired.

The residential properties are located in prime areas in Vetlanda, Växjo, Uppsala, Karlskrona, Ljungby and the northeastern parts of Skåne.
