AFA Fastigheter is one of Sweden's largest property owners, which manages a large number of properties at central addresses, primarily in Stockholm. When a large property, with great potential, was fully renovated, AFA Real Estate decided to take an overall approach to the house. Due to the high prices for commercial real estate, AFA Fastigheter wanted to optimize every square meter and find a concept that the Swedish market had not seen before.
AFA fastigheter faced the challenge of developing a concept that should provide a type of property and service that had not existed before in the Swedish market. The idea was to realize a cost-effective all-inclusive solution that utilizes every square meter.
AFA Fastigheter put together a team which Newsec was part of from early planning stage. A market survey showed what was requested and the result became a modern co-working office with a new concept solution, GT30.
GT30 offers co-working spaces and stands out with its excellent service and flexibility. With a common meeting room, reception and a restaurant, the GT30 is more of a members club than an office. Newsec was also entrusted to handle the leasing and today the property is fully rented with satisfied companies that appreciate the concept.
