Newsec Advisory sold the property, in close cooperation with the seller, Høje Taastrup Municipality at a price of DKK 60,000,000 excluding VAT.
Høje-Taastrup Municipality bought the commercial property about 20 years ago. The property was used for several municipal activities. These activities have through the years been relocated, which resulted in an increase of vacant sqm. within the property.
The property is sold as an investment property, fully rented and used for a number of private schools and institutional purposes, including a private daycare center, Høje-Taastrup Private Gymnasium and Høje-Taastrup Private School.
