Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget (SBB) was founded in 2016 and has been focusing on becoming the best Nordic real estate company for residential and community properties. SBB has gone from 0-22 billion in real estate value in approximately 12 months and has the vision to become the largest company in residential and community properties in the Nordic region within five years. Newsec understood the need and saw the opportunities in the company's vision, which led to the beginning of a continuous cooperation.
SBB was in the beginning of 2016 in need of a strategic and operational communication partner. Newsec's communication team faced the challenge of strengthening the brand and position SBB in the Swedish market. It was important for the client with a flexible communication advisor for the company's external communication.
Newsec helped SBB to establish a brand platform with, for example, social media, text production, digital and print ads, proactive PR, events and design of physical environments. Since SBB's start, Newsec has also acted as CEO support in communications-related issues. Newsec is continuously working on strategic communication and operational marketing.
